Group Coaching - Team Career

The group coaching program “Team Career” is a recognized measure according to §45 SGB III for activation and professional integration. It is designed for job seekers who want to actively shape their professional future and prepare for re-entry into the job market. The program combines practical content, modern coaching methods, and individual feedback to help participants identify their strengths, develop clear career goals, and successfully prepare for job applications. During the course, topics such as application documents, online applications, job interviews, self-marketing, and time management are covered. The main goal is to strengthen self-confidence, motivation, and communication skills to improve employment opportunities. The program consists of 160 teaching units and can be completed in person, online, or in a hybrid format. The Team Career coaching program is AZAV-certified and 100 percent funded through the training voucher provided by the Job Center or the Federal Employment Agency. Participants benefit from a practical learning approach, experienced coaches, and a motivating group environment that promotes collaboration, knowledge exchange, and personal development.
